How does my monthly reading work?
Once your included reading appears in your wallet, choose an eligible reader and use it in one session. My membership shows the available time, eligible formats and expiry.
Can I save unused minutes for later?
Your included reading belongs to its current period and does not carry over. Ending the session early uses the whole reading.
What if I’d like a longer reading?
Additional time is a separate purchase. You will see its price before you choose to continue.
Where do I manage my membership?
Manage your website membership from My membership. Website billing uses Stripe, including plan changes and cancellation.
When will I be charged?
