Just as you have an astrological “blueprint” based on where the planets were when you were born (i.e. your birth chart), you have a numerology “blueprint” based on your birth date! Finding your birth numerology is simple — it’s just a matter of addition.
Let’s say you were born July 13, 1995. July is the 7th month of the year, so we’ll write it out as “7”. Now, take all the individual numbers in your birth date, and add them up. Be sure to use the full year and not its abbreviated version (so 1995 instead of 95):
7 + 1 + 3 + 1 + 9 + 9 + 5 = 35
Then reduce the 35 by adding its two digits together. You should end up with a single-digit number between 1 and 9:
3 + 5 = 8
In this example, 8 would be your “life path number”. This is your numerological North Star, illuminating how to live your most fulfilling life! Much like familiarizing yourself with your sun sign in astrology doesn't tell you the entire picture of who you are, knowing your birth numerology doesn’t mean that you know everything and therefore won’t run into obstacles.
